Delivery/Order Confirmation

We use 3 methods of postage. They are as follows:

Courier (up to 10kg)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day - Insured)

Royal Mail Standard (1st Class - Not Insured)

COURIER: We use Courier for heavy or larger items. Delivers goods in 1-2 working days from dispatch.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY (INSURED): We use Special Delivery for items of higher value. This option includes insurance which covers lost/damaged items on any product and is delivered the next working day.

ROYAL MAIL STANDARD DELIVERY (NOT INSURED): We use Standard Delivery for small/inexpensive items, and is the cheapest available postage method. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

We aim to have orders processed, packed, and out the door by the next working day if the item is in stock. If any items you order are out of stock/have supply issues we will inform you as soon as possible (Most likely same day if order placed before 3pm Mon - Fri).
If you require goods before a certain date (holiday perhaps) please email/phone before placing order to see if we can dispatch it in time.
