Delivery
We aim to have orders processed, packed, and out the door by the next working day if the item is in stock. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched. If any items you order are out of stock/have supply issues we will inform you as soon as possible (Most likely same day if order placed before 3pm Mon - Fri).
If you require goods before a certain date (holiday perhaps) please email/phone before placing order to see if we can dispatch it in time.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Courier deliveries (commonly used for ski & snowbard hardware and items up to 10kg) will only be made between Monday & Friday. Courier delivery on a Saturday is not available.
- Courier deliveries require a signature, if there is no one available at the delivery address a card will be left and you will be required to collect your order from your local depot. Please Note: There will be a charge of £10.00 for re-delivery.
- Requests for parcels to be left in particular places will be noted but due to security purposes, may not be actioned.
- Due to a number of recent fraudulent transactions, shipping location is limited to the cardholders billing address or a work address with a verifiable landline telephone number.
